Image dialog and processing do not respect TSConfig settings

Bug description The max width and height from page TSConfig are completely ignored. When looking into the code, it is obvious.

Environment

  • TYPO3 version: 12.4
  • PHP version: 8.3
  • Extension version: 12.0.2
