If the image is a SVG, the attribut loading lazy is not added to the image tag

Bug description If the image is a SVG, the attribut loading lazy is not added to the image tag.

Steps to reproduce Insert a svg and a jpg and see the difference.

Expected behavior svg files should have loading="lazy" attribut too.
