Hi, Really happy to have stumbled on this and get an indication this idea can work at scale. This is awesome and we'd love to know more about your experience running this in prod. Any chance for a blog post ? Tnx

Thanks for your kind words and support. We have used a standard pg instance on aws to process a few million images at a time for QA purposes. The pgsql is a backend for a purpose-built web app for QA/validation purposes. It seemed to handle those quite well at that scale. We might move to larger volumes as we process videos and it would be a good time to blog about it then.

Cool thanks. Off the top of your head, any ideas how much space the index takes relative to the actual vector ?
