Decimal hours show as "00.100"

When "Time display" is set to "decimal", after about an hour timers will show "00.100" before switching to "01.00", which is correct.

In which view did you experience this? I was unable to reproduce the issue, by in the main view with all tasks, setting the time to "0.99" and wait one minute after which it switched to "01.00".

It was the main view, but it only happened once. I guess the view happened to update during the 18-second window when the fractional part is above 99.5, and it was rounded to 100.
