user dashboard swag reward button

• in sidebar, add button with link to swag store that holds one-time code

This reward button will appear in the user profile page in the list of achievements. It will only be visible:

• for an achievement that is deemed to have an associated reward (as per the achievements API)
• the reward has not already been claimed
