plan mission/stage key resources section

to make sure people can find the source code and refer to the thing we're planning to build, a way to display links to the demo/repo would be helpful

In the v2 kick-off we agreed that each mission should have a key resources section.

should we have this be something we add as a sanity input for each stage and/or the mission home page?
