I'm always frustrated when i realise you don't support ASDF

@airtonix thanks for opening the issue this looks really awesome! Was not aware of it :) Already brought this up for discussion in our internal channel.

Would you be so kind to explain how your PR would look like? Replace all the existing installs inside the docker file with asdf?
