What I really want to ask is...

I have a site on my personal Netlify account that I would like to transfer to a company account. It is important that these both remain free accounts. How can I transfer this site?

Given you are a member of the team you want your site to transfer to, you can use the transfer site button (Site settings > General > Site details):

You can transfer your site to another user when you are both on a free account by posting in the Netlify forum and ask an admin to manually transfer your site.
