Can confirm it happens on my Intel Arc igpu (on core 9 ultra 185h cpu) However intrestingly, my other laptop with amd vega 8 (on ryzen 5 3500u) isn't affected...
On intel HD 4400 (on i3-4005u) on same alpine setup and with flatpak i get the glitch (plus additional flickering, tho tbh im suprised this ancient igpu can handle it...
On vega 3 igpu on ryzen 3 3200u (on exactly same install as the intel hd 4400) it works fine
the default that come with alpine, so open source ones using mesa
