[Bug]: Grayscal applying even on non selected apps

Summary

I turned on the apply everywhere expect but the grayscal mode is appied to the apps I have excluded as well

Steps to Reproduce

1.Enable Grayscale Filter 2. Setup filter Apply Everywhere expect selected apps 3. Open selected apps but they are still gray

Expected Behavior

The selected apps shouldn't have the filter

Actual Behavior

The filter is applied to those app as well

Samsunsg S23 Ultra Andorid 13 One UI 5.1

No error logs at least not whitin the app. I noticed tho that with some apps the filter doesn't apply as long as the phone is in portrait mode, but if put in landscape mode then it apply again
