[Bug]: Random crashs in the background -> app blocker not working anymore

Summary

App crashs and then is not blocking apps anymore

Steps to Reproduce

1-3x a day I observe DigiPaws crashing – randomly in the background. See log attached.

When opening the app after such a crash, it looks like it's missing the accessibility permissions but they are granted. When going to the accessibility settings and toggling them off and on again, the app starts working again.

Environment

Pixel 9 on Android 16/GrapheneOS.

Also happens on a OnePlus 6 with a noticably older Android version (can't check the version right now as it's not my own device).

I installed the linked version and will report back here.

However, it crashed very rarely the last couple of days/weeks, so it will take a few days/weeks to reliably conclude that it's fixed, I guess.
