How Accessibility Permission Works

Hi, i have a question, in this app you are using accessibility permission but you app is not published on play store so the app is considered 3rd party for devices, so ho you can take accessibility permission for devices higher the android 13 because it dose not allow to give permission for 3rd party app. I hope you will reply.
