[Bug]: Pop-Up Overlay sometimes not working when launching a larger app

Summary

When launching heavier (blocked) apps like games the overlay seems to not appear

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a game (e.g Clash of Clans)
2. The overlay might not work (mainly on a cold boot)

Expected Behavior

Consistent overlay as with other apps

Actual Behavior

When this happens you need to fully close the app from the app drawer and reopen it again

SamsungA35, Android15

Additional Context (optional)

It looks like digipaws presses back before the game fully launches so it ends up closing the pop-up
