[Bug]: Youtube timer showing anyways!

Summary

When i unselect YouTube in "Apps to show overlay on" therexis still the timer overlay in YouTube.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Unselect YouTube in "Apps to show overlay on"
2. Activate Display time elapsed.

Expected Behavior

I expected that when I ubselect YouTube, that it doesn't show the timer.

Actual Behavior

When i unselect YouTube, there is still the timer overlay in YouTube!!!

Environment

Tab s10+, Android 15, newest Digipaws version

Additional Context (optional)

I can't disable display time elapsed at all, because i needit cor other Apps!
