Add scroll limiter for certain apps

Add features that gives you a certain amount of time available for scrolling in selected apps (so for example youll still only get a limited amount of time viewing reel previews in your home feed, or scrolling reddit for a limited amount of time).

To extend on that: I personally would prefer such a "time limit" to be configurable for a group of apps. On some days I might use my "social media time budget" more on reddit, while on other days more on Instagram.
