[BUG] <title>本地部署后前端页面一直loading

当前行为 | Current Behavior

docker-compose up -d windows系统下能够正常启动，进入前端页面，但是一直转圈loading，点击新建按钮，转圈几秒后显示请求失败。

期望行为 | Expected Behavior

能够成功实现交互

运行环境 | Environment

- OS:windows 11
- NVIDIA Driver:535.154.05
- CUDA: 12.2
- Docker Compose: 2.24.0
- NVIDIA GPU Memory: 24GB

复现方法 | Steps To Reproduce

1.运行docker软件 2.在qanything虚拟房间中运行代码：docker-compose up -d 3.显示代码载入成功 4.输入前端页面地址:http://localhost:5052/qanything

结果出现页面后一直转圈，点击新建按钮后转圈后显示请求失败

备注 | Anything else?

后续进入windows wsl环境中，使用代码：bash run.sh 一次显示docker-compose command not found 还有一次显示docker-compose permission denied

在项目目录下创建一个user.config文件，在文件里写上你自己的ip地址，然后重启服务

同样的问题，转了半天，结果就失败了。后端开启的服务也没有看到任何错误日志。

@zeyueguo 看来你是对的，需要将user.config中的IP改为服务端的IP，而不是0.0.0.0。改完重启服务后，需要等待一段时间（没有统计），才能正式响应服务
