Add support for Aruba 8400 switch
Netdisco version: 2.44.15 SNMP::Info version: 3.70
Discovery does not seem to work properly on the Aruba 8400 switch. Under the ports tab, no neighbors show up in the "Connected Devices and Nodes" column. Also, the vendor shows up as 'unknown', and the model shows up as 'enterprises.47196.4.1.1.1.1'.
These switches are currently running ArubaOS-CX 10.03. Vendor-specific MIBs can be found here, but unfortunately it requires login: https://asp.arubanetworks.com/downloads/software/RmlsZTo1Njg2ODEwNC04ZTFmLTExZTktOWQyYi1hMzE4OWI3NTQxYjM%3D

SNMP::Info will need a separate device class for Aruba switches running AOS-CX, such as the 8400, 8320 and several new smaller switches. Hope to start on this task soon.

regretfully my backlog is alrdy stupid big & i keep assigning issues to myself. time to realise there's no way to extend the 24hours that make up 1 day. 🤦
side note: mentioning netdisco/netdisco-mibs#138 , i'll try & get those merged asap & do a new mibs release so you're working with up to date files.
@brasswood I'm proposing an implementation in #422 - if you want, you can test it out. The branch should work correctly if you also use the current netdisco-mibs release. Only known issue with the code so far is that LAGs are probably not shown correctly. And changing settings on a switch via Netdisco isn't supported for these devices.
