Update HP MIBs

Hello, I have noticed that new HP and Aruba switches model are not being recognized properly. I followed the process to clone netdisco and build vendors mib but it didn't work out for me.

Attached are the latest HP mib files for you to add.

HP-ICF-OID MIB (with the model information) has been updated in netdisco-mibs. It's released in netdisco-mibs 4.011.

I'm leaving the ticket open to look at the rest of the MIBs, already have a copy of the May 2018 release on my system. Most of the additions in them will probably not have any effect on Netdisco, but they need to be checked carefully for other possible use(r)s of the netdisco-mibs collection.

#122 seems to have newer versions of the hp mibs
