for cisco it seems they also updated entity-vendor at the same time (master repo for their mibs is github now btw):

for cisco in specific we have some scripts & it also has some corner cases. i'll see if i can make some time soon to do a new sync.
for opengear if you look in the directory where the fill you linked is placed they also have some other mibs, a quick check shows that we're not up to date with all of them. perhaps it easier to just get the whole bunch & update 'em all.
nice job of me to forget about this. cisco products has been updated & waiting in pull #231
opengear incoming too, perhaps a few more
