New Ubiquiti and Netgear MIBs

I'm using Ubiquiti's MIBs in my local repository, and I've updated Netgear's MIBs according to the links, because I use Netdisco to check the hardware and adapt it in the OCS Inventory, in case it is of interest to update your project.
