[Feat]: Node tab presentation improvements

Problem

Overall look and feel, some things feel off, read below

Description

@netdata/product I think this is something where you can say what should be done

Some comments on the Nodes tab -> right bar

• The tooltip Charts and the icon do not match with what is presented, this is more like a map given the filtering that has been done in the center view

• The name of the bar Nodes is a bit weird, Additional information could be something better

• I got 3 nodes, so this tab is not changing as I can't scroll, but the tab does not follow if I click on the first tab a node, it always presents the first node's info unless I click the info button, it is a bit wonky

1. It will make the nodes tab feel much better

Proposed implementation

Imo

• Bar name: Additional info
• Tooltip: node map ? or something like that
• info tab should be empty with a prompt to hit the button of a node to populate it or something similar
