[Feat]: ability to easily reorder charts in nodes view

Problem

i would like to easily be able to reorder the charts here. At the moment i don't think i can without having to manually edit them all one by one.

Description

ability to just either drag and drop or have a move up/down button on the metric popup in my screenshot above.

Importance

nice to have

Value proposition

1. ability to more easily customise the nodes view in any space

Proposed implementation

just add a move up/down button on that popup
