Clicking the reload button in the Events tab does not update the timeframe when it is relative to now

On Cloud, when the time-picker is set to a time relative to now, e.g. last 30 minutes, clicking the reload button does cause the time frame to change nor newer events to be retrieved. The only thing that changes is the "last updated" time below the button.

For the local dashboard, the behavior is different. There, newer events do show up, even though the time-picker isn't adjusted. However, this is due to the time-picker not being properly honored.

the only part that isn't fixed is the time frame on the datetime picker to be updated, is there a technical limitation to do that @novykh ?
