[Feat]: Alert view should select just the dims related to the alert

Problem

This alert is about sent so why do i also see received.

Description

It should unselect the dims not relevant to the alert - so they are still there if i want but it just means that when i land on the alert page its clearer what is going on

really want

Value proposition

1. make it more easy and obvious what matters most when i first open an alert page.

Proposed implementation

FE should select only the dims involved in the alert configuration.
