[Feat]: ability to apply a "filter" or "view" on the anomalies tab
Problem
Sometimes i would only really like to see the anomalies tab over a subset of all my metrics.
Maybe there is actually 2 or 3 different distinct subsets of me metrics the correspond to different things i care about.
Description
I'd like to be able to "scope" the anomalies tab just to each of these views and have it run fully on this filter.
Ability to make a regex or something over charts and contexts of interest, call that something, and save it somehow for next time.
Netdata Cloud then to regenerate all charts on anomalies tab based on that filter.

- ability to slice anomalies tab by any interesting or relevant subset of metrics i would like to treat together.
Proposed implementation
Would need a way to recreate the top 3 charts on anomalies tab dynamically based on the filtered subset of charts.
@hugovalente-pm or @shyamvalsan apologies - would you be able to add the area/ml label to this - i cant. Have asked @netdata/cloud-sre to help me rejig my permissions so i can in future.
