[Feat]: add email status to feed

Problem

users are often not sure if their emails got delivered or not - typically these are sign in emails and things like that.

we often then have to manually dig into sendgrid etc to help users troubleshoot.

Description

it would be good if instead the email outcomes from sendgrid - eg delivered or errors and some more info could be another source for the feed.

Value proposition

1. will lets users easily see if their emails were delivered or not and if not what reason we got back from sendgrid.

Proposed implementation

some way to capture status of emails back from sendgrid and emit the results to the feed
