[Feat]: apply global node filters to custom dashboards

Problem

When i have some nodes selected and open a custom dashboard it appears that the node filters are not applied.

eg see 6 vs 4 above.

Description

I was expecting the global node filter to apply to any custom dashboard i open.

Proposed implementation

have the global node level filters also be applied to any custom dashboard just like the overview tab.
