[Feat]: Add some info on how get a Offline to be able to delete it from Space

Problem

There are multiple requests on how user can delete a node from the Space, most of them is because the nodes aren't Offline. Action is usually to point them to How to remove node

Description

We need to add on the Centralized Admin Interfaces for the Spaces/Nodes and Room/Nodes some visual indication and the link to the above.

1. User shouldn't need to ask on discord or forum how this can be achieved

Proposed implementation

Add an info icon with the text "Can't delete a node? Check how you can first set it as Offline here on How to remove node."
