[Bug]: Popups stack and cover part of the screen.
Bug description
All of the popups we use in Netdata Cloud to inform a user about the action he performed stack one on top of the other. When a user repeats some actions these popups are really annoying and cover a large part of the screen. User has to dismiss them one by one in order to continue his work, or have to wait for some seconds for them to disappear.
Expected behavior
Less intruding and annoying popups
Steps to reproduce
- Login to netdata clloud
- Navigate to a room with > 5 nodes
- Start removing the nodes

@vinnygats @christophidesp I think we'll need your help on this one guys. It's not an actual bug, but it's really annoying
First of all for the case of deleting a node we don't really need the loading on top and the 'x' button and we can decrease the second of showing this pop up. Secondly, we don't have to stack a new pop up every time we delete one node. Since it's fixed positioning, they can be layered on top of each other and not stacked.
I would also prefer a smarter mechanism, but I don't think it's something feasible for now. Something like, if the pop up is still on display, and the user deletes a node, we don't show a new pop up, just increase the seconds of display. If a pop up is not on display and the user deletes one, then show it.
