[Feat]: Custom labels/notes for nodes.

Problem

Some nodes may have the same host name, making it difficult to differentiate them in the cloud interface.

Description

It would be helpful to not only add custom labels via the interface, such as "Bob's HR computer". In addition, it would be helpful to add a notes field, perhaps with markdown formatting:

12/31/24 Bob replaced the GPU.

Importance

Value proposition

1. Having this feature would save time differentiating between nodes and;
2. with the addition of notes, would make it easier to search for nodes.
