[Bug]: Windows Nightly Download doesnt work

Bug description

The link of the windows nightly download https://github.com/netdata/netdata-nightlies/releases/latest/download/netdata-installer-x64.exe -OutFile "netdata-installer-x64.exe

gives a 404. manually downloading the MSI file and doubleclicking it does nothing, nothing installs or anything happen, the same when try to run it with parameters. The powershell script also dont work.

Expected behavior

using the powershell script or nanuall go to the nightlies page gives either the correclty named .exe file or a working msi installer

Steps to reproduce

1. go to "add Node" - "windows" and either run the script or extract the url of the .exe to download from the script or click on the provided link
