[Bug]: The Netdata Dashboard does not scale based on screen resolution

Bug description

Some of the Netdata modals do not scale based on screen resolution and makes it difficult for users to select and save preferences.

• The modal after trial ends to select the 5 nodes to visualise - does not show the save button without zooming out
• The modal to invite new users does not show the invite button after the email and the role is selected

These are just a few examples and there are other such modals too.

Expected behavior

All the modals should auto-resize / scale based on the resolution of the screen or allow users to scroll down and finish the action.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Netdata dashboard on a system with a 12" screen for example
