I have added docs with configuration examples for Keycloak and GitLab as SSO backends.

Closes #110.

@karstenjakobsen Thanks for asking! Unfortunately I have no experience with or access to the Google version. I could therefore only write something up without testing it. I also lack the token structure to do the role mapping part. Do you have a testing environment for this by any chance?
