Initramfs nic is down with manual IP

Hi My VPS hosting doesn't offer IP to vm's through DHCP and netboot.xyz fails at downloading squashfs when in initramfs. At netboot's boot time i can set IP manually and it works fine and i can ping and resolve domains in netboot's iPXE. But during any ISO installation in initramfs, it fails to reach the network and download required squashfs files from GitHub because initramfs hasn't got an IP from a DHCP server or netboot itself. I can't set IP manually nor resuming the installation process in initramfs, what should i do?
