Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With the recent launch of Snapdragon X Elite Windows laptops, could you add a Windows arm64 build?

Describe the solution you'd like Release Windows arm64 builds.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently I am running the x64 build, but thats emulated/translated. This can impact performance/battery.
