Unable to disable masquerade

Hi, when creating a route with the masquerade disabled it is never really disabled and the connection is always NAT. To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Create a route with the masquerade disabled

Expected behavior

It is expected that at the exit of the peer the connection is not NAT and is routed.

Hello, we have just realised that if we deactivate this peer as exit-node, the masquerade is no longer done.

I understand that a situation like this would only have to be masquerade to connections that are outgoing.
