FreeBSD: Create a port

I'm always frustrated when I try to install Netbird client on FreeBSD.
Currently you can do it only manually, the process described in #1505.
But this is not very convenient process.
FreeBSD have a awesome port system and binary package management with pkg.
Describe the solution you'd like We should create a port to simplify installation and setup process for Netbird client on FreeBSD.
Describe alternatives you've considered N/A
Additional context The port PoC is ready, but currently we waiting for 2 issue fixes to be merged before I can submit new port to port committers. #2383 #2384
#2386 could also be a blocker. It's better to enable and fix the tests and any potential bugs before allowing people to easily install Netbird on production servers and risk breaking something.
