netbird disconnected but netbird-ui is still display as active

if a laptop is connected and is put to sleep, the next day the netbird itself is not connected to the server (as they need to authenticate), but the netbird-ui is still displaying as connected. when the user is selecting to disconnect, nothing happens.

the netbird-ui should check the connection status on Management and Signal if it is "Connected" or "Disconnected" every X seconds so it will update the status correctly
