Client Group Assignment

With the new exit-node functionality, it was good that peers could have some option to change the group, or that there was some kind of public group assignment. For example, if a peer is traveling and wants all traffic to be redirected through the VPN.

It would be nice if it was the client peer who could do this assignment instead of the admin.
