Add ability to use sequential IPs for clients and choose subnet on self-hosted platforms

It would be nice to have sequential IPs and clients and if there was a possibility to choose subnet i.e. 100.64.0.0/24, then every new device would be 100.64.0.1, 100.64.0.2 etc.
