Shows connecting even when device is offline

Not sure if this is a bug or just how the app behaves as of now, but when I one of my peers is turned off, and thus not connected to the network at all, the iOS app just says it is in a constant loop of connecting. It would be nice if the app indicated that the peer was turned off or not on the network. Loving the progress netbird is making! Keep up the great work!
