DB migrate timestamp conflict

Hi,

Your db/migrate/* files begin with 001, 002, ... timestamp and that cause conflict with redmine_root_install/db/migrate/001... when we install the plugin. This topic help me to find the issue : https://github.com/gatATAC/redmine_wiki_books/issues/10#issuecomment-88410117
