[feature request] keyboard shortcuts for searching in Redmine

This is a wonderful plugin which I use daily.

My request is for a keyboard shortcut to activate a search modal. JIRA uses / for this, and DuckDuckGo uses h. For Redmine, why not both?

Once the user is on a search page, it would be great to vim navigation j and k to step through the results, and o to open up a given result.

Lastly, some thought could be given towards search scope. I imagine we could default to searching all projects, and a separate shortcut like f could trigger a modal which searches within the current project if the user is within a project.
