New modern forum for internet censorship discussions
I'm opening the forum called NTC — No Thought is a Crime.
https://ntc.party/
NTC is a community researching, documenting and combating Internet censorship all around the world, targeted to the technical aspect of it. The core members of the community have experience in novel censorship circumvention software and services development, identification of covert content filtering cases. The goal of the community is to gather all censorship researchers together, to share news, ideas and other information in an efficient way, on a single convenient specialized forum.
The forum has email notifications, email replies, automatic translation system from any language to any other language (so you can write posts in your native language) and anonymous mode, if you want to hide your identity for particular or all posts.
If you're a censorship circumvention software developer, I'll create a sub-category for the software and you'll be able to write news and provide support there.
Is it blocked by IP now? Not available.

Yes, ntc.party is blocked in Russia since more than a year.
Here are two threads from March 2024 about it. I'm not sure exactly how the block is implemented, but some screenshots show successful pings, so not by IP address.
It seems that I cannot access ntc.party with any browser/DNS resolver except for Tor.
Is it supposed to behave this way? (I thought the forum was inaccessible for a few months because of it)
valdikss disabled A entry on his domain due to ddosing, leaving only AAAA entry. It's an IQ test of sorts
