Have nd-codegen check the version of installed NetDaemon.HassModel nuget match that of the tool

The problem

Sometimes a new version of the Codegen requires a minimal version of the NetDaemon.HassModel nuget, because it creates code that relies on it.

The proposed solution

We would like the tool to check the version of the installed NetDaemon.HassModel nuget and check if it matches a specific minumum version. (this might not always be the exact same version as the tool itself)
