No warnings when HA accestoken does not have Admin privileges

When using an access token for HA that belongs to a NON-adimin user, NetDaemon will connect to HA but it will not receive any events.

This is probably by design of HA, but currently ND does not log any warning or error for this. Maybe it is possible to detect this situation and write an appropriate message to the ND logs
