Add support for sysbox-deploy-k8s on Ubuntu Noble (24.04)

Per @geniass, sysbox-deploy-k8s does not work on Ubuntu 24.04:

ERROR: Sysbox is not supported on this host's distro (ubuntu-24.04).

Thus, we need to update the sysbox-deploy-k8s daemonset to support this.
