docs: add 2 new users of nest framework

Adding 2 users/companies using the Nest framework:

1. Subquery Network - data indexer for Polkadot blockchain
2. APITable - Low-code airtable alternative. The nest project sits inside /packaes/room-server folder

As there's already many logos on the page, for the time being we've decided to only add links to companies using Nest, to keep the page loading from slowing down the experience for the user

could you please move those links to the Body array instead?

For now, we decided to suspend adding more logos as there's a decent number of logos present there already and the page itself is getting bloated with images (we may even remove some of them in the near future). Instead, please consider adding yourself to the list below!
