[Feature Request] Continuous input conductance in compartmental models

It would be great to have the ability to define continuous input conductances in the compartmental models.

This would for example open the door to study various types of neuromodulation at compartmental level. To being, having a time-dependent conductance would be enough. Enabling dependencies on neural variables would be even better.
