We regularly have questions from users that lack adequate information, or questions that are repeated.

Suggest an improvement

If inadequate info is provided, the developer who is answering can link to a page(s) regarding troubleshooting / mail template about what we expect (OS, nest version, installation method) to help debug issues.

Specific changes:

• [ ] The troubleshooting page needs reviewing and updating
• [ ] Improve/creating mailing guideline/template what versions of NEST we support, and also OS
• [ ] Add link to stack overflow
